Help Honor Winant!

A committee of leaders from politics, business, and the arts, including members of the St. Paul’s School community where Winant taught, worked since 2013 on a memorial to stand on the lawn of the New Hampshire State Library.

A national competition led to the selection of Brett Grill as the sculptor best able to create a likeness of Governor Winant. Among Mr. Grill’s commissioned pieces is the statue of President Gerald R. Ford, which stands among the other prominent Americans in the Rotunda of the U.S. Capitol.

Contributions beyond the memorial’s cost will be used to create a scholarship for students to attend the Advanced Studies Summer Program at St. Paul’s School.

Gifts to The John G. Winant Committee are deductible for income tax purposes in the manner and to the extent provided by law.

If you would like to pay by check please make it payable to THE PARK STREET FOUNDATION (reference Winant on the memo line.)
